Shipping Policies

Shipping methods and cost:

We offer the following shipping options for España :

  • Standard Shipping with tracking: 1-3 business days to Peninsula (España) 4.95€ (free from 70€).
  • Standard Shipping with tracking outside España €9.90 euros (free from €70)
  • Order preparation and delivery times:
  • Orders will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on Friday after 1:30 p.m., on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Correos does not ship on weekends or holidays.
Note: During promotional periods and public holidays and especially on dates such as ‘Black Friday’ (last weekend of November) and Christmas, please note that orders may be delayed.

Order Tracking Information:

Once the order has been shipped, Correos Express will send you a confirmation email with a link to track the order. It will take a few hours for the activation of the tracking number for your order to take effect.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please make sure that the address and details provided in the shipment are correct. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Justbeblue has the right to cancel any order that it deems irregular, proceeding to refund the amount of the same.

Justbeblue is responsible for the package until it leaves our office. From that point on, it is the courier companies that are responsible for the package and shipping. For our part, we will facilitate the management of any incident.

Shipping address: If you have placed your order providing an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by email and we will try to solve the error. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Justbeblue is not responsible for incidents with the delivery address provided.

International Fees and Levies: Justbeblue is not responsible for any extra fees or taxes for international sales that occur throughout the shipment.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Returns Period

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in exchange for a voucher of the same amount within 14 calendar days from the day it is received.
  • Except for the pending, which for hygienic reasons are only accepted if they are notified on the day of receipt. Earrings must be returned unworn.

  • We will get back to you and help you with the process within a maximum of 72 hours.
  • You will need to provide us with the order number, the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. Once we validate the return information, we will tell you how to do it.
  • Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s own expense and expense. Justbeblue is not responsible for the misplacement or loss of packages during return.
  • Once the product has been received and the correct condition has been verified, we will formalise the return by means of a discount coupon of the amount paid for the piece in EUR that you can apply on our website or store. The voucher is valid for 12 months.
    Warranty for Defective Products:
  • If you receive a product with a defect or defect, please write to us hello@justbeblue.com so that we can assess the incident. Must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
  • You must include the following information in the email: – Order number – Description of the defective item – Photographic evidence
  • Once verified, the product will be exchanged for a new one of the same model. If the product is not available, the amount of the product will be refunded within 15 working days.
